Laparoscopic Nephrectomy Audit

This is an on-going audit with data analysed annually over the calendar year July 1st to June 30th. All data for the period 1.7.07 – 30.6.08 should be returned by October 31st 2008 for it to be included in the next analyses.

Data can be collected either by using the access database provided below (and easily extracted for return in the form of an excel spreadsheet) or by completion and return of the paper pro formas.

If using the database please download both the zip file containing the database and the installation instructions.

Upgrade to database - 22nd October 2007 - If you downloaded the complete database prior to 22nd October please download the upgrade. This contains 1 file only - Lapneph07.mdb and should be unzipped so that it overwrites your existing file. This will NOT affect any data you might have entered as that is in a separate database lapnephdata.mdb. This corrects an error in the data export function.

 

PCNL  Audit - 2007 Cases

 

This is a retrospective audit of PCNL in the United Kingdom carried out between 1.1.07 and 31.12.2007. Please download, complete and return the proformas to the Section of Endourolgy by 31st December 2008.

PUJ Obstruction Audit

 The final date for return of data to this two year audit of laparoscopic pyeloplasty carried out between January 1st 2006 and 31st December 2007 is 31st December 2008

Please complete and return the proformas as soon as the operation has been performed. We will then contact you to remind you to return data on follow-up renograms.
